Collapsible Dough Proofing Basket 22245

This Collapsible Dough Proofing Basket 22245 supports, forms, and proofs dough for crusty artisan bread. It shapes dough and forces it to rise upwards and maintains shaped loaves while they proof. It’s naturally non-stick to release dough without it warping or sticking. It collapses to 1.3 inches for space-saving storage and won’t degrade, splinter, or trap flour or dough like wicker proofing baskets.
